They are minimalistic and hand-crafted with a chill vibe. Malibu and Encintas are the surf towns that inspired the palettes. Glow Recipe has recently launched a new three-in-one scrub to lip balm that will smooth, hydrate and tint lips in a universal shade of pink. I picked this up at Sephora and while this is a pricey lip product, I wanted to see how well this would actually work for those of us with dry lips. Glow Recipe Lip Pop is concentrated with watermelon, coconut sugar, and flower AHA to create this scrub-to-balm concept.
